The client/coach relationship is a special one. The client provides the coach with the permission to guide them along matters which are most important to them. As a coach, my role is to empower my clients to best manage what they are currently dealing with in their lives. It is a practiced belief that the client, indeed, has all the answers. As the coach my responsibility is in asking questions which have clients in the inquiry frame of mind to produce the best course of action for their lives.
This is where the rubber hits the road within life coaching! Inside of the goals and the desired accomplishments that are generated and created from the client, the coach facilitates structures and practices to develop and achieve these goals, and THEN holds the client to account for taking the action steps towards incremental achievement of the desired goals.
This is the process within a coaching program for building on past and present work experience; identifying interests, strengths, applicable skills, values, and preferences; managing educational development and career learning; using resources-networks, communities, and referrals- to create career opportunities, and developing measured actionable steps toward achievement.
Development of personal budgets, debt stacking tools, as well as, identifying monetary resources and best financial practices to manage money and create structures and practices to achieve financial goals while assessing best choices and risks which work to benefit the client.
Creating processes and procedures which cause groups of people to effectively communicate and work together, ultimately retaining employees and company talent. Collaborating with professionals within various industries and modalities to deliver exercises and activities which are easily received by various audiences.
Assist organizations in achieving results and leading conversations efficiently by keenly listening to crucial aspects of departmental and company dynamics. Working with key leaders on agendas, attendees, and roles for retreats. Developing exercises and discussion topics which deal with concerns of the organization.
Creating strategies, structures, and direction toward accomplishing specific outcomes. Identifying goals and creating measurable steps towards implementing actions and resources for achievement of goals.
Identify where people are challenged in their relationships and develop customized programs to deal with who they have been for their partners, how they have been behaving towards their partners, and what are the next steps to creating the relationship which honors all parties involved.
